Blossoms
There are some stunning specimens aren't there? What has struck me watching my magnolia tree blossom and fall within a couple of weeks is that flowers don't last. My back garden has a carpet of pink petals which sure enough will shrivel up into brown curls, be swept up and put in the green bin. Practice
This is the essence of yoga, as it's all about the continuous effort we put in. It's one of the Niyamas called tapas, which translates as 'keeping the heat on'.
